FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What types of rubber products do you manufacture?
We manufacture custom-moulded rubber and rubber-to-metal components, including seals, sleeves, rollers, profiles and other technical parts. Our production serves both industrial applications and the spare parts market, for example in the construction, agricultural, railway, automotive and military sectors.
Do you produce custom rubber components?
Yes. We specialise in custom production based on drawings, physical samples or OEM references. Using in-house CAD/CAM 3D design and CNC machining, we efficiently develop and implement new components according to technical requirements and production feasibility.
Do you provide technical support during product development?
Yes. We assist our partners in selecting appropriate materials, defining technical parameters and optimising component design for performance, durability and cost efficiency. Our objective is to ensure reliable functionality in the intended operating conditions.
Do you manufacture under private label?
Yes. We primarily cooperate with distributors and wholesalers who market products under their own brand. We manufacture OEM-replacement components according to agreed specifications, quality standards and branding requirements.
What quality standards do you operate under?
Our production processes are certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. All mould development, CNC machining and production processes are carried out at our facility, ensuring process control, repeatability and consistent quality.
Can I order non-rubber components?
Yes. In addition to processing rubber compounds, we have our own tool shop where we also manufacture steel and aluminium components, among others. We also offer industrial 3D printing, used both for prototyping and in selected production applications.
Do you offer industrial 3D printing?
Yes. We have developed fully mature capabilities in industrial-scale 3D printing. We handle both the reproduction of parts provided by the customer and the design and manufacture of new, dedicated solutions.
What is your MOQ?
We do not operate with fixed minimum order quantities. However, smaller production volumes require consideration of unit pricing due to fixed manufacturing setup costs. In most cases, we are able to propose a production solution that aligns with both technical requirements and commercial expectations.
If I pay for the tooling, does the mould belong to me?
We offer several tooling ownership models depending on the preferred cooperation structure. The most common model involves an initial implementation fee covering CAD design, prototyping and mould manufacturing. Alternatively, tooling costs may be incorporated into the unit price over an agreed production volume. We also provide the option of full mould purchase, granting the client complete ownership. The tooling model is always defined individually to support long-term cooperation.
